Returns and warranty

Send back iron within 30 days following arrival as outlined under Returns. Under the Japanese Consumer Contract Act and the Civil Code of Japan, all dumbbell sets carry statutory protection against latent structural casting faults, metal fatigue fractures, or urethane debonding for 12 months from delivery.

Liability

AJMD K.K. limits its total cumulative liability for any breach or property incident to the actual purchase price paid for the specific affected dumbbell product or ¥10000, whichever amount is greater, to the extent permitted under Japanese law. Nothing within these clauses excludes obligations enforced by statutory legislation.

Age and use

Purchasers must be at least 18 years of age. Handle weight gear strictly per printed specifications; equipment is not medical equipment or clinical therapy.

Governing law and disputes

The laws of Japan govern these terms, and any legal disputes arising out of purchase transactions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court. Unresolved claims go directly to court at our registered business address, preserving all mandatory consumer rights in your local country.
