Lost or delayed parcel

If tracking shows no activity for 5 business days, notify help@AJMD K.K. with your order reference. We file a trace with freight dispatch and either resend items or issue a full refund, per your choice, within 10 business days.

Damaged on arrival

If exterior cartons show transit tears, drops, or structural fissures upon arrival, inspect the cast iron and coating immediately, photograph the defect, and contact our support desk within 48 hours to initiate a courier claim and carrier-paid replacement dispatch.

Pay the driver in cash when receiving the parcel. Zero upfront payment required.

Bank transfer

Transfer funds to our business bank account; payment instructions display at checkout and in your confirmation email. Packages ship once funds clear, typically within one business day.

Delivery outside Japan
