Dumbbells must be returned within exactly 30 days from delivery in unused condition, free of knurl scratches, chalk powder, floor abrasions, or moisture damage, enclosed in the original factory packaging with all corner braces intact.

Weight equipment exhibiting floor drop marks, knurling corrosion, modified mechanical parts, or returned without complete original protective packaging is non-returnable under our standard terms.

Who pays return shipping

Defective, damaged, or mispicked cast iron is returned on our bill: we supply prepaid shipping paperwork or dispatch freight transport. Standard change of mind shipments are paid by you with zero extra fees deducted.

Refund timing and method

Funds release within 3 business days after the iron clears inspection. Cash on delivery purchases are paid out via bank transfer to your provided account; bank wire orders revert to the originating account. Banks clear transfers within 1-5 business days.
